The award is from 1977 and comes from the estate of an RCA executive. After Elvis death on August 16, 1977 the sales of Elvis records went crazy. That very first Christmas in 1977 marked the 1 Million sale of his 1971 Christmas album. RCA was presented this Gold Record for that accomplishment. Overall in great condition for its age.
