This lot is for a Vintage GENE SIMMONS handwritten list of KISS’ Gold and Platinum LPs up til 1980 when this list was written. Includes the titles of all LPs and the 2 singles that had been certified as Gold or Platinum by RIAA. Accomplished in pen by the original hand of KISS bassist and songwriter Gene Simmons, The list is unique in that it lists all of the KISS LPs in Gene’s handwriting… Much cooler than a signature. Includes the names of 15 LPs and 2 singles. I had this professionally matted and framed, with a great photo of the 4 original members being presented their first Gold Awards which happened to be for the ALIVE! LP measuring approximately 20×25… This is definitely RARE, and was originally owned by Mark Brotter who Joined the KISS organization in 1979 as assistant to Richard Truxall, who ran the KISS Army/ Boutwell Niocua Merchandising operations. After the closing of Boutwell, Brotter moved over to the executive division of Aucoin Management where he worked in the capacity of Office Manager and later Radio Promotions Coordinator – though 1982. COA is mounted on the back of the frame. Condition is EX or a 8/10.
