Authentic and incredibly rare RIAA gold record award for Little Feat’s eighth album “Let It Roll”, presented to the band’s manager, the legendary producer and A&R person Peter Asher. The album, released on August 2, 1988, was certified Gold by the RIAA on February 14, 1989. This is a “flower” hologram award, the correct vintage from that era. It’s all original and is in very good condition for its age. It shows regular wear and random dings and scuffs as you expect on an almost 40 year old award. It is not “new” but if you’re familiar with genuine awards from the late 1980’s, you should be very pleased by the condition. This is a true industry award, presented only to artists and those who work closely with them like managers, key record label employees and disc jockeys at the time the album was certified.
